Trip Charge Fee: To initiate the diagnostic process and
cover the travel cost for in-home
services, we require an upfront trip
charge fee.
Trip Charge Cost: $75 to $150, depending on your
location.
Exclusive Offer: Should you prefer to bring your
appliance to our location.

for diagnosis when you bring your appliance to us. Plus, if you proceed with the repair after our in-store diagnostic, we'll apply the entire upfront trip charge to the total cost of the repair.
DELIVERY & INSTALLATION
We proudly offer delivery within a 30-mile radius of our location.
*Our delivery charges range from $50 to $100, ensuring affordability and convenience for our valued customers.
*Please note, additional charges may apply if delivery involves navigating stairs or requires a two- person team for safety.
*In most cases, we offer same-day delivery for purchases made before 3:00 PM.

Installation Agreement:
ALL PETS MUST BE PUT AWAY!
Our installation services prioritize your satisfaction and convenience.
Basic installation includes connecting appliances to existing electrical outlets, gas, or plumbing connections.
While we do not offer repairs or alterations to existing systems, we provide free haul-away services for your old appliances upon request.
It's important to ensure a clear path for our installers, allowing them to safely transport appliances to their designated location.
Please remove any obstacles, such as furniture, rugs.
Please remove standing water from any washer to facilitate the installation process.
Krazy Cheap does not provide cleanup services where the applilance is to be installed.
Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to accurately measure the intended installation area for width, depth, and height. Ensuring proper measurements will help us deliver and install your appliance with precision.
Door Orientation: For appliances with reversible doors (such as Refrigerators, and Dryers), please inform Krazy Cheap if you require the doors to open from left to right or right to left before delivery. This allows us to accommodate your preferences and ensure seamless functionality upon installation
Delivery Refunds: In the event that the appliance does not fit in the designated area, Krazy Cheap will offer a refund for the appliance cost, but the customer will still be responsible for the delivery fee.
Please note: Krazy Cheap does not provide installation services for dishwashers, over-the-range microwaves, or Wall Ovens.
